7.2 – Price Information
The retail prices indicated via a requested quotation or budget for the services/products of interest.
Shipping costs may be the responsibility of the user and buyer, and are added to the total value of the selected products. The user will be informed of these charges through the order, quote, or invoice before confirming their order and completing the purchase process. Vinomatos, LDA – World Leaders in Mechanized Planting reserves the right to change prices at any time according to market volatility. However, Vinomatos, LDA – World Leaders in Mechanized Planting undertakes to apply the rates and prices indicated at the time of the request for a quote or purchase.
In the event of a computer, manual, technical error, or any other error that causes a substantial and unforeseen change in the retail price by Vinomatos, LDA – World Leaders in Mechanized Planting, such that the price becomes exorbitant or manifestly derisory, the request for information for quotation or purchase will be considered invalid and cancelled.
8 – WARRANTY
The products marketed by Vinomatos, LDA – World Leaders in Mechanized Planting at www.vinomatos.com are covered by the legal guarantee regime, in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of Decree-Law No. 67/2003, of April 8, as amended by Decree-Law No. 84/2008, of May 21.
Returns due to transport damage – If the customer detects any anomaly or damage caused by the transport of the item ordered, they must immediately report the occurrence to Vinomatos, LDA – World Leaders in Mechanized Planting.
In the case of large volumes, the customer must, upon receiving and unpacking them, check for any visible damage that may have been caused during transport. If the item has any damage, you should not accept it. After signing the transport document, Vinomatos, LDA – World Leaders in Mechanized Planting is not responsible for any physical damage caused during transport.
9 – RETURNS AND THE RIGHT TO FREELY TERMINATE THE CONTRACT
The consumer has 14 days, starting from the day they acquire physical possession of the goods or the day they acquire physical possession of the last item in the case of multiple items ordered in a single order and delivered separately, to return their order, without needing to state a reason.
10 – PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY
Vinomatos, LDA – World Leaders in Mechanized Planting respects the privacy of all users of its website and is committed to protecting the personal information that each user chooses to share. Some sections and/or functionalities of this website can be browsed without the user disclosing any personal information.

11 – BANK TRANSFER

Orders paid for by bank transfer are automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 3 consecutive days.
12 – PACKAGE PROCESSING / SHIPPING
The entity responsible for collecting and processing personal data is Vinomatos, LDA – World Leaders in Mechanized Planting.
All orders are shipped via CTT Express EMS19 (Mainland Portugal and Islands) or EMS48 (Islands) from Monday to Friday;
Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will begin to be processed on the next business day;
Orders sent via EMS19 to mainland Portugal will be delivered by 7pm the following day (if a working day) after the order is shipped.
13 – EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Vinomatos, LDA – World Leaders in Mechanized Planting is dedicated to offering the best experience to its customers. This extends to its customer service policy, where an effort is made to meet each and every customer need. When ordering an item through its online store, the consumer is automatically covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee, where within the first 14 days they can return or exchange an item if it does not meet their expectations.
Before purchasing an item, keep in mind that regarding Contract Resolution (Returns), Portuguese law differentiates between a distance purchase (online and delivered to your address via courier) and a purchase made/collected directly in a commercial space.
14 – CONTRACT TERMINATION
(RETURNS) – DISTANCE ORDERS
For distance purchases (online and received at the address via courier), Portuguese law establishes a 14-day period (commonly known as a reflection period) for the consumer after taking physical possession of the goods, during which they can return the item(s) without needing to give a reason.
In cases of free contract termination, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, as stipulated in paragraph 2 of article 13 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14.
15 – CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTANCE, RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Although returns/exchanges are accepted within the first 14 days for distance purchases (as described above), returned goods will only be accepted if they strictly comply with the following conditions:
15.1. The returned item must be intact and without any marks/damage from use.
15.2. You will need to return the item along with its packaging, manuals, and accessories in pristine condition.
15.3. Along with the returned item, you will need to attach the invoice showing the item’s name.
If any of these points are violated, we will not be able to accept the return (and the resulting refund) or the exchange.
In cases of free contract termination, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, as stipulated in paragraph 2 of article 13 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14.
16 – REFUND AND RETURN PROCEDURES
If you wish to receive a refund, it will be processed via bank transfer to the IBAN you provide when requesting the return. Vinomatos, LDA – World Leaders in Mechanized Planting will refund the amount paid for the item as soon as the technical verification of the product’s condition and verification of compliance with the conditions described above are completed.
